To add an Avatar, simply click "User CP" in the top toolbar, and then go down to "edit avatar".

There you can upload your Avatar.

If you still have problems, just ask and I'll help you out.

When I go to "Edit Avatar" this is what I get:

Your Current AvatarNo Avatar Specified Avatars are small graphics that are displayed under your username whenever you post.
Do not use an avatar
Note: if you have a custom avatar selecting this option will delete it.

It does not allow me to upload an avatar or to change it in any way.

I'll look into this and get back with you shortly.

This problem should now be corrected. You should be able to upload an avatar. Let me know if it doesnt work, but I think I've fixed it.
