Hi DPOLO,

Nice pics! I notice they are from Disneyland. I myself am a Disney World nut (being that I live in Florida) and love to see Disneyland pics. Keep em coming! If you have more keep posting them!

Have you been to WDW?

Having not been to Disneyland, I hear it's pretty tight over there (in terms of not having alot of extra space), so where exactly is this area?

Smile Downtown Disney

Hi Administrator,

Sorry for the late reply. I have never been to WDW, but my brother has. He brought a ton of stuff back for myself and my daughter. I hear the resort and its areas are HUGE compared to little ol' Disneyland in CA. I cannot wait to venture out there in the coming year. Disneyland is very small, but it is packed with tons of awesome stuff.

It's funny that you have been all over WDW and I have been all over Disneyland, hope that we can trade passions. I love Disneyland, everything about the place is fantastic. Even the carport has something cool to see.

Downtown Disney is located right next to Disneyland Park. The area is about 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles in a city called Anaheim. You will have fun at Rainforest Cafe and all the Disneyland sponsored shops and restaurants. I highly suggest you order one of those free vacation DVDs, it will give you a lot of good insights.

Anaheim is a very small city, but once Disneyland made home there, the area has grown considerably. Anaheim now has everything to make their visitors feel at home, even a huge visitor center.

Even though DL is relatively small compared to WDW, it is not to be underestimated. Thanks for the reply!

Take Care,

DP

thanks Polo! I'd love to see more Disneyland pics. I have a fascination with it since it's an original (though I've never been). I dont know the size of DL (i've read about it) and I'd love to be able to do/see everything without walking SO SO MUCH! However, since WDW is a change, I think you'll be shocked by the size. It's really something that can't be explained except to say, it's literally a world of it's own.

Enjoy!
